Short Description (199 characters max)
Brief-focused (short-term) and growth-oriented (long form) psychotherapy and drama therapy for adolescents and adults living with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, and neurodivergence
Description (2950 characters max)
Therapy via online secure video or in-person at my family-friendly office. Do you or your child struggle with managing everyday stressors? Repeating unhealthy patterns despite negative consequences? Feeling misunderstood? Relationship(s) overrun by conflict? As an experiential psychotherapist, I offer interactive sessions designed to support greater self-awareness, increased self-regulation, effective communication, and responsible choice making. We will begin by identifying strengths as well as exploring the challenges, then tailor a plan that fits you. I utilize neurodiversity-affirmative and trauma-informed approaches.

As your family therapist, I endeavor to: Listen deeply and responsively. Provide a safe and nonjudgmental space that supports useful risk-taking and change. Offer creative explorations that are specific to you and related to your therapeutic goals. Present you with tools drawn from neuroscience, HRV biofeedback, and traditional schools of psychology.

As a clinician, I am attentive, sensitive, compassionate, respectful, and direct. I am committed to providing quality care and resources to help you and your family. In addition to individual (age 10+), couples, and family therapy, I offer pro-social and therapeutic Role-Play Game groups for youth and adults.
