Sponsorship Tier Details

Note: every listserv email feature below — whether part of an annual tier or a one-time Sponsored Email Placement — includes a short write-up (100–150 words maximum, subject to approval) and one link.

Platinum Sponsor — $5,000+ (Annual)

• Priority renewal and first choice of which events to sponsor each year
• Premium logo placement — displayed at the top of the EBCAMFT sponsor webpage — for 12 months
• Featured in 4 member listserv emails
• Verbal acknowledgment at up to 4 EBCAMFT events
• Approved materials/resources provided at sponsored events
• Optional 2–3 minute introduction at up to 2 events (scheduled and approved in advance)
• Up to 4 complimentary event registrations annually for select EBCAMFT events/trainings

Gold Sponsor — $3,000 (Annual)

Strong visibility and engagement within the EBCAMFT community

• Logo and link featured on the EBCAMFT sponsor webpage for 12 months
• Featured in 3 member listserv emails
• Verbal acknowledgment at 2 EBCAMFT events
• One approved resource provided at a sponsored event
• Optional 2–3 minute introduction at one event (scheduled and approved in advance)
• Up to 2 complimentary event registrations annually for select EBCAMFT events/trainings

Silver Sponsor — $1,500 (Annual)

Consistent visibility within the EBCAMFT community

• Logo and link featured on the EBCAMFT sponsor webpage for 12 months
• Featured in 2 member listserv emails
• Verbal acknowledgment at 1 EBCAMFT event
• 1 complimentary event registration annually for a select EBCAMFT event/training

Bronze Sponsor — $500 (Annual)

Entry-level sponsorship visibility

• Name listed on the EBCAMFT sponsor webpage for 12 months
• Included in 1 member listserv email
• Sponsored Email Placement — $250 (Per Placement)
• Targeted visibility for a specific resource, program, or offering
• Included in one EBCAMFT member email — limited to one sponsor placement per email

Complimentary Event Registration Policy

Applies to Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors. (Bronze sponsorship does not include complimentary event registrations.)

• Complimentary registrations apply to networking events, social events, and standard CE trainings.
• Excluded: events with limited seating, specialty trainings, retreats, and other premium offerings with significantly higher costs.
• Registrations expire at the end of each sponsorship year.
• Registrations are transferable within the sponsor's organization.

What Counts as an EBCAMFT Event

EBCAMFT events (for sponsorship purposes) include CE trainings, networking events, social events, and virtual educational programs. Sponsor recognition is included at larger chapter events; recognition scales with event type and size, so smaller meetings and programs aren't required to include sponsor acknowledgment.

Sponsorship Guidelines

• Sponsorship benefits are limited to those explicitly listed above.
• Benefits are non-transferable outside the sponsor's organization and must be used within the sponsorship period.
• EBCAMFT does not share member contact information with sponsors.
• Sponsors do not receive direct or ongoing access to members outside of these structured opportunities.
• All sponsor materials and messaging are reviewed by EBCAMFT's designated Sponsorship Coordinator (a board member serving as primary sponsorship contact) before being shared with members, to ensure alignment with EBCAMFT's mission and values.
• EBCAMFT reserves the right to limit the frequency of sponsored content to protect the quality of member communications.
