I offer a dynamic approach to Couples Counseling: I am active in conversations; I don’t sit back and just listen. I’m relational - I might interject to offer a reframe or empathize.
For Individual Therapy, I employ parts work, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing to explore emotions that get stuck in the body - to reduce anxiety and dysregulation.
Using mindfulness and a kind, warm tone of voice, I invite you to bring a gentle nonjudgmental curiosity to where you're feeling stuck, frustrated, sad, or any other feelings creating distress.
