I'm a queer, neurodivergent, San Francisco–based Agile coach and Scrum Master with 20 years of coaching experience. Through Agile4ADHD, I work one-to-one with adults on the executive function side of ADHD: planning, prioritization, follow-through, and recovery after things fall apart.

WHO I'M GOOD FOR : Cients who have a diagnosis — and often medication that's working — and still can't build a system that holds. Most of my clients are freelancers, entrepreneurs, artists, and people with irregular schedules or unconventional working lives. Many have tried structured programs and bounced off them.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT: I adapt Agile and Scrum — an iterative, empirical method built for working under uncertainty — to neurodivergent life. Rather than teaching a curriculum, we run small experiments, keep what works, and iterate. The goal is a personalized operating system that works with a client's wiring instead of against it, not a closer approximation of neurotypical. I've been using this system to manage my own ADHD since 2008.

SCOPE: This is coaching, not psychotherapy. I work alongside treatment, not in place of it, and I refer back when what's needed is clinical. I'm glad to coordinate with a client's therapist or prescriber when they want that.

NOT A GOOD FIT FOR: Anyone in acute crisis, or anyone whose primary need is processing trauma or managing a mood disorder — that's your work, not mine.
