It’s time to enact some self-care and meet EB CAMFT members by joining us on a hike! 

Spring is in the air and hopefully the wild flowers in Briones will be in bloom!

We will meet at 9:30am and the hike will begin at 9:45am. Craig Toonder, LMFT, is coordinating this event. Please email him at ctoondermft@gmail.com with any questions. For day of hike issues or problems, please call Craig at 510-499-7137.

Old Broines Road Trail, Valley Trail, Crest Trail, Sunrise Trail, Crescent Ridge Trail, Seaborg Trail

There are three parking lots at the Bear Creek Staging Area. The gate/trailhead is at the far east end of the third parking lot. We will meet up at that gate.
